This assessment allows our case manager to identify the child's abilities and areas where they may require support. We take a holistic approach, involving input from you, your child, and any key workers involved. All activities are carefully risk assessed to ensure the safety of your child.
 
Your assigned case manager will then develop a personalised care plan, guiding our team to provide the best possible support for your child. We collaborate with local social care, education, and other key workers to ensure that each child receives positive, healthy outcomes that address all of their needs.
